For his 200th episode, the Nostalgia Critic took on Ponyo.  He admits to liking the movie, but admits that he believes the movie has problems.  Which it does (no movie is flawless).  Most of his issues seem to be similar to what I said in my Tour de Miyazaki article about the film; basically, the film tries to do too much when all it needs to do is focus on the relationship between Sōsuke and Ponyo, and there are instances of characters accepting the supernatural/natural disasters way too well.
